Whenever I place a footnote on a page with a page border, the footnote is printed below the bottom border. How do you get the footnotes to print inside the page borders?
Are you using the "From text" setting? Do you have "Surround footer"
checked? Even if your document doesn't contain any footer text, you need to
have this checked, I suspect (though that should not be necessary).
