It never fails - I could open a new document and go to
Format > Borders and Shading > Page Border tab then apply
ANY border to the page and apply it to the whole document
and I get the infamous message "The page borders of
section 1 are set outside the printable area of the page.
Do you want to continue?"
Then if I print, the bottom border is cut off and I only
have 3 borders. I can still see the border in "Print
Layout View" but it's cut off in "Print Preview" - hence
it's gone when I print
