Page borders outside of print area

Despite making multiple changes to page margins, spacing between text and
borders, etc., I keep getting this message and the bottom part of my page
border will not print.

I realize that this should be basic stuff that I missed somewhere along the
way but I can't figure it out.

BTW, my printer is an HP 2200 business inkjet.
