Page Borders

I need to design some page borders for R.E. using Jewish symbols and wondered
if it was possible to design my own page borders rather than using the ones
provided. I am using Word 2007.

It is astoundingly difficult in Word, especially in Word 2007; see
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/BorderArt.htm. If you have Publisher, it
offers the ability to automatically create custom BorderArt using a given
piece of clip art.
