Page Breaks in a form

I have a protected form, with a sign-off area at the bottom of the page.
Because of the text boxes, these signatures (the bottom 6 rows of the form)
can roll to the next page. Is there a way to ensure that if the bottom row
rolls to the second page, that all 6 rows go to the next page?

While the form is unprotected, select the 5 rows that you want to keep with
the last row. Then select Format > Paragraph > Line and Page Breaks tab and
turn on “Keep with nextâ€.

In case of Word 2007, you can open the Paragraph dialog box by clicking the
little arrow in the bottom-right corner of the Paragraph group of the Home
tab.
