Page breaks inserted between table rows whenviewing on Word 2003 or 2007 on Windows

My word docs that I create on Word 2008 on OSX end up displaying incorrectly when viewed on Word 2003 or 2007 on Windows. The tables are showing up with a new line after each row.

I've tried all kinds of compatibility settings with varying results but can't seem to resolve the issue.

Anyone familiar with this issue and know of a solution?

This is not a "Compatibility" issue, this is a "Paragraph Format" or "Style"
issue.

Check the settings in Format>Paragraph, and in Format>Style, for each cell,
until you find what is causing it.

Sorry: Your description of "new line" is not specific enough for me to
guess what this is...

Hope this helps

Sorry John, but this *is* a compatibility issue. Someone in my group creates a file in Word 2003. I edit it in 2008 and save. When viewed in Word 2003, the document has 60 new page breaks, but it looks fine in Word 2008.

It's easy (if annoying) to fix by opening the file in Word 2004 and saving again. If you need a sample file, I'll send you one.
