Absolute Coordinates For Centering in a Browser Page

When I am centering my objects within a page or table it
looks centered when I preview my page within FrontPage.
However, when I preview the same page through my browser
it is off center. Is there any code or procedure I can do
to get the absolute coordinates so that my objects will be
centered when published to the web.
