Page distortion

We have a heavily formatted spreadsheet in our office used
only by about two different users. I recently upgraded one
of the users to a new desktop machine. After doing so the
page appears and prints distorted on the new machine.

The other user sees everything fine and prints fine it
also looks and prints ok on every other workstation.

Any ideas.

Common suggestions are to make sure that each is using the same printer driver.
You may want to visit the manufacturer's web site to see if there is a new
driver available for the older pc (and double check that you're using the same
driver for the newer pc).

The bad news may be that you're running diffferent OS versions--so you may not
be able to have the same printer driver on each pc.

I'm not sure what distorted means, but when I know that I have to print and I
don't know what printer the users will be using, I try to make my print layout
the worst case scenario.

For instance, I'll indent margins more than I need. Then I'll hope that I chose
a big enough margin that any printer can print within them.
