Page Error Object/Module Not Found

I have just installed Project Server 2002 on Windows Server 2003 and have
installed the patch that is suppose to enable Project Server 2002 to run on
Server 2003. However many pages do no load properly. Sections of the pages
that need to contain data simply show "Loading Data ..." and a page error
indicates that the "Internet Server Error: Object/Module Not Found"

Can someone please help with this mystery?

I followed the first one but not the second because I am not running
Sharepoint Team Services but Sharpoint Portal 2003 Beta.

I still have the same problem.
