PWA - "Internet Client Error: Connection Reset" and "Loading Data" errors

I am trying to set up Project Server (single computer deployment), on a
computer already running Sharepoint Portal Server. I have installed the
sample project data. The Project Server Service Pack (all three pieces) have
been installed. I did not install Decision Support Objects because I do not
have Analysis Services installed. (I understand the sample project data does
not work without the Analysis Services).

When I login to Project Web Access as an administrator, and try to add a
user I get the following script error when loading the Users Page:

A Runtime Error has occurred. Line 1764: Internet Client Error:
Connection Reset.

After I dismissed the dialog, I was able to add a user.

However, when I try to go to Server Configuration page, I get the same
script error and also get the "Loading Data" problem under "Select the
features that you want to .."

Surfing the web, I have come up with kb article on "Loading Data" for
ProjectServer 2002.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=321357&product=prjsvr2002

However, my MSADC directory appears to be configured properly according to
this kb article.

I would like to change my server settings from enterprise to non-enterprise
but can not. The "Save Settings" and "Cancel" button never appear on this
page.

Has anyone seen and/or resolved these problems before? Or can someone point
me in the correction.

One of our other offices has previously installed ProjectServer a while back
(but not the SP) and has informed me that several of his machines get these
types of scripts errors, and other machines do not.

TIA.

Add'l Information -
The previous information is when a client machine browsing to the machine
where Project Server is installed.

If I login to the server machine directly (where Project Server is
installed), I can logon to PWA and access these site with no problems.

Looks like a setting on my client machine is not set correctly. On the
client box, I have the site listed as a trusted site and my trust site
security level is set to low.

What else could I be missing?

TIA

Thanks Enomagic,

Here is how I resolved these issues.

I uninstalled Project Server. Then, as this Kb article suggests, then
reinstalled PS under a new web site [as opposed to installing under the
Default Web Site, as the PS2003 Installation Guide shows]

I then ran into the pjdbcomm.dll error. Then solved this error by this kb
article.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=319281&product=prj

then reset iis and we are now off and running.

Thanks again.
Tom
