Page Formatting

In Excel, is there a way to format all of the pages within a workbook the
same without having to each sheet individually?

If you group the sheets (I assume you mean sheets when you say pages) by
clicking the first sheet tab, hold down shift and click the last sheet tab,
do your formatting and then right click one sheet tab and select ungroup
