Page header & footers not showing

With Access 2003 I'm designing a form. I can't seem to get page headers or
footers to show up in Form View - although they're visible in Design View.
Help!

The Page Header and Page Footer are available only if the form is
actually printed.
Use the Form Header and Form Footer for display.
