I would like to set up the page so that when I create a document I view the entire width of a line from the left margin to
the right margin. THis way I will view the document in Page image, except of course, the computer screen will not show
the entire length of a standard 11 inch letter size document. How do I set up word to always present the document one in this format

I take it you're using the Page Width zoom in Print Layout view? See
