How do you change the page layout for each page of the same excel document/sheet? For example: if my first page is to be in a landscape and the second not, how do I do this? or, if I need the columns to be different sizes from the first page to the second, how do I do this?

Within a single worksheet, it's not possible to change orientations or
column widths from page to page (you could use the dreaded Merge Cells
option to combine columns into a wider column, but that causes so many
problems that friends don't let friends merge cells - not even once).

You can, however, change page orientation and column widths between
worksheets within the same workbook. Just select the worksheet(s) you
want to be formatted the same, and choose File/Page Setup (for
orientation) or set your column widths as desired.

Of course, you CAN print twice - printing the first page, then changing
the layout/column widths and printing the second.

AFAIK, neither can be done in any version of Excel - PC or Mac. There are
some new features added in File> Page Setup with regard to Headers &
Footers, but page orientation, margins, column widths & other layout
settings can't be varied from one page to another... At least not with any
features available in the app.
