Page layout change in office 2010

Hi,

One of my clients is having issues with Word 2010 on Windows 7. When she creates a document and uses text boxes and different formating on the page and saves it its fine when she reopens the document on her machine. When she sends it to someone else with the same office and same windows they (person who has received the document) have issues with formating all over the place i.e. text boxes in different places etc. W

Hi, did you ever solve this problem? I have had the same problem.

What the OP describes is normal behaviour. Word uses the active printer driver to optimize the page layout. So, when you open the document on a computer using a different print driver (or sometimes even the same print driver configured differently), the page layout is liable to change.
