Page not right in Netscape and another problem with IE

1. In my web site http://www.fumcwl.org all the pages view OK in netscape 7
except the home page. I can't figure out what I have done wrong in the home
page.
2. the Media Room page formats OK in Netscape but the video's do not run. I
suppost tha tis because they are playing in WMP.
3. Home page only again. If I change text size with the mouse and Ctrl in
IE, things shift to the right.
I suspect the text size and messed up Net scape view are related somehow. I
hope some of you fine people can help me with these problems,
