Page number reset for Invoice report

I have an invoice report which is about 60 pages long. I would like to put a
page number on the bottom of each invoice (about 40 invoices), which shows
Page N of M with the first page number calculated from the first Page of each
individual invoice. Your help is greatly appreciated.

You will need to group on each invoice record if you aren't already, but
that shouldn't present any difficulties.
