Page Number Watermark in Page Break Preview

Hi,

I prefer to use the page break preview view, but don't
want to have the page number watermark there. Is it
possible to have it in this view without the big page
number in the background?

Jane, this is making me crazy too. Did you ever get an answer
I like the page number display, but I would rather be able to format it, i.e. choose the font size, change the % of shading, and position it on the document where I choose to

I don't think you can change this.
