page numbering in a play

How do you format the page numbers in a play? I need to include the ACT
#,Scene #, & page number starting on the 2nd page. I'm having trouble using
the field codes with the CTRL+F9 function. The ACT number is on the first
line, then Scene number is on the 2nd line. There are 2 ACTS in this play,
but page numbers will be sequential. How do I also get the program to
automatically change ACT & SCENE numbers accordingly? So far, I've only
gotten it to do from one page. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Use unique styles to format each of the act and scene numbers in the
text, then use StyleRef fields in the header.

To get the numbers to increase automatically, use list numbered
headings for those items.
