Page Numbering in Footers

In my footer I use the x of y page numbering. When I preview it on the page it shows 1 of 18, but when it prints it prints 1 of 1, 2 of 2, etc. I can forward the document on to another station and it prints correctly. I have two printers and they both print this way. Any ideas??? Thanks!

I am having the exact same problem as Barb in Oregon. This is a new problem for me, I've never experienced this before in my multi-page docs. How do I correct this?
