Page Numbering in MS Word 2003

Hi

I have 20 page document. The title page will have no number. The next three pages need to be numbered ii, iii, iv. The remainder of the document needs to be numbered starting at 1 through 16

Numerous combinations have been attempted. I have gotten close, but no cigar

Looking for a little magic
