Page numbering

When I try to insert page numbering, I get {PAGE} instead of numbers. How do I fix this

Hi ProJoe,

What you are seeing are the field codes. You can toggle them off by using
Alt+F9 or via the Tools>Options>View dialog.

Thank You, in the options dialog box, I had to go to print uncheck field codes.
