Page Numbers for Report Groups

I recieved some help from someone on this issue last week... but it still
isn't solved. I want to print a report with page numbers for groups of
records not the overall pages of a report. I have an unbound text boxt in the
page footer named Me!ctlGrpPages. The page footer section has [Event
Procedure] in On Format and I have the following code in the reports module.

In print preview the box is still empty. Can anyone please help. What did I
miss? Thank you.
