Page numbers in a different location on pages

I need the page number to be centered on the bottom on the chapter pages and
then, need the page number to be in the upper right corner for non-chapter
pages. I've tried and tried and tried and can't seem to figure it out. Is
there a way to do that? I hope that someone says "yes" and then says "It's
this easy, just do this...."
