Page numbers is printing wrong

I have documents that are pagenated with page number and
number of pages. On screen, it shows correctly - page 1
of 3, page 2 of 3 and page 3 of 3. When I print or PDF
the document, the page numbering switches to page 1 of 1,
page 2 of 2 and page 3 of 3.

Anyone else experience this? Any fixes known?

I am also experiencing this problem and have tried several
various printers with the same result. Any known fixes
yet?
