Hello;
On my document, I have page numbers in the footer of each page in the format
of "Page X of X".
Both on my document and in the print preview, the page number looks correct.
However, when I print the document, I end-up with:
- Page 1 of 1
- Page 2 of 2
- Page 3 of 3
Instead of:
- Page 1 of 3
- Page 2 of 3
- Page 3 of 3
Is this perhaps a printer problem or a Microsoft Word problem? The page
numbering is set-up with Fields like this:
Page [Page] of [SectionPages]
The document has a table of contents and a few sections, hence the
[SectionPages] field.
These documents are going to a new client we are trying to get, and I think
it makes us look like morons when we can't even get our documents to display
page numbers correctly
