Page Protector Pro Add-in

I purchased page protector pro from websunlimited and am
having problems with it working.

When you go to my webpage link that leads to my protected
page, a screen pops up asking for userid and password
(which its supposed to do).

However, when i fill out the required info, it dumps me
not into the page I want, but to a blank IE default page
saying "The Page Cannot be Displayed".

Anybody out there using this add-in and have a clue why
this is happening?

Well, I filled out their tech support form and sent it in
almost 6 hours ago and haven't heard a word. I am on a
tight timeframe to solve the problem, so I posted here in
the hope that maybe someone else had had the same problem
and could help me.
