Text was inserted above a table, pushing far enough down the page to cause
it to break across the page. No problem - except the bottom rows skipped an
entire page! There is a whole blank page between the top of the table and
the bottom rows, like that page just rejects a table! There are no page
breaks, section breaks, or table breaks on that page, nor any drawing
objects or graphics. Just text above the table, text after the table - and
a blank page in the middle!
Any suggestions?
