Page Set-up unavailable

When I click File/Page Set-up, the File drop-down menu disappears, but the Page Set-up dialog box does not appear; I am back in my document. Consequently I cannot change my margins etc.

Where did I screw up(?) - the link as I provided it works fine for me.

Am I missing something in a "mechanical" sense?

Greg Maxey came back to me on this. It appears that the link you provided is
correct even though it looks wrong to the naked eye. In fact,
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissingMenusEtc.htm (which should be
correct) redirects to
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissngMenusEtc.htm. Go figure.

I've run into this on my site a number of times. When a page is misnamed you
don't want to simply rename it. If you do all external links to the page are
lost. It may be better to create a new page properly named that redirects to
the improperly named page. In my case I create the new properly named page
and redirect from the old to the new but I think it is a toss-up as to which
is better. Links directly to the page will work either way but those to
internal (bookmark) addresses will break if the bookmark isn't maintained.

I'm a little slow but finally woke up!
I did not see the missing "i" but, in my own defence, I wasn't looking
too hard because I'd copied the URL right from my address bar as I was
looking at the FAQ (usually do it that way to prevent mistyping-a far
too common trait of mine).

The good news is that Charles's response taught me something.
