Page Setup doesn't open

When I try to go to Page Setup, it takes at least 2 minutes for it to come
up, and in the meantime while waiting, my document appears to be frozen. A
Microsoft Online Crash Analysis Error occurs with the following technical
information:

szAppName: WINWORD.EXE szAppVer: 11.0.65080
szModName: hungapp szModVer: 0.0.0.0
OffSet: 00000000

Unfortunately, that signature doesn't tell us much, but problems with Page
Setup, as well as Print, Style, Font, Symbol, and other formatting-related
dialogs, often point to a damaged or incorrect printer driver. Try switching
to a different printer or delete and reinstall your printer driver.
