Page Setup in Page Preview

When viewing the Page Preview screen and selecting the
Setup button nothing is shown.

The upper bar showing the Page Setup screen is shown but
the active screen is blank.

Checked Microsofts knowledge base but found nothing there.

I did notice that it does work in preview, but it's very
sporatic.

There are somethings that can be changed in both spots and some things that can
can't be changed in the PrintPreview|Setup dialog.
