Page setup not saved with project when using Project Server?

We recently moved from standalone Project Pro 2003 to using Project Server
2003. A couple of the project managers here are complaining that prior to the
move if they saved their page setup with a project it would be the same the
next time they open their project but now with project pro that is not the
case. Example, a change to page margins, etc. Under the auspices of full
disclosure I'll admit that I did not test this but am taking them on their
word given they are pretty experienced with Project and have strong technical
apptitude. :)

Question: Is there a way to save the page setup settings by project when
using Project Server?

Matt:

These stick to views. If a project manager makes a change to these while in
the Enterprise Gantt chart, an Enterprise View, the changes won't be saved.
If a user changes these while in a local view, they will be saved in that
particular project for that particular view.
