Page Setup yields Web Page setup in Publisher 2000

Anybody know how to keep Publisher 2000 from configuring a document in
Web mode. We receive a document from an outside staff person that
will not allow us to use Page setup to configure 11 x 17 paper. We
end up copy & pasting 8 pages into a document that works.

We get "web page setup" instead of the "page setup" I need to
configure the newsletter to print in booklet form.

You are getting the document has a web doc rather than a print doc.
Inform the sender that Publisher has 2 distinct publication types.
A print pub and a web pub.
A print pub can be converted to a web pub under the File Menu.
If they are wanting to have a publication in print as well as online than
they need to maintain
2 copies of the publication, one as a print and one as a web.
