If you have a doc with say - 10 pages in potrait and you want the 5th page in
landscape to hold a form for example - how do you go about it?

You need to add a section break at the end of the previous portrait page and
a section break at the beginning of the next portrait page, you can change
the Page Setup to Landscape on the page between the two section breaks
