I have recently re-imaged my machine & re-loaded Office
XP. When I go to type in Word, the entire line is
highlighted in black and I cannot view what I am typing.
If I click on Page Preview, the entire document is black.
I have uninstalled it and re-installed with no luck. I
have tried to install the Service Pack, but it cannot load
as it tells me 2 .TMP files have previously been updated
and therefore this update cannot be applied. I didn't
have this problem before I re-imaged.
