i am using access 2003 ..
i made report to print on the printed paper(laserjet 4600)..everything is ok..
but when i print in another printer (1300) the last line in the report goes
2nd page.
how to solve this ..i have to give this appln.to many people..where they may
use diff.( i use default printer setting...)
printers..help me please

thanks for ur reply..most of them use HP laser printers....
i have to print in the very low in the page..my page
setting is like this...

Top 0.179
Bottom 0.181

Left 0.166

Please i cannot increase...that much low it is....
what can i do now,,,please tell me...just because of this reason
i am not able to relaese my appln.

You will find VERY FEW printers that will support those margins (at least that
bottom setting for sure). Why can't you change them? If you are trying to
mimic an existing paper document then you have to consign yourself to the fact
that exact matching is not always a realistic goal.

Exactly why do you need to go that close to the edge of the page?

because i have to print some data...in the printed paper...and it has
box in the paper..exactly i have to print in that box.
and the printed paper..coming from other source..not from
our side.

Then your choices seem to be
--Require printers that will handle the margins you have specified if they
want to use your application
--design the report to mimic the preprinted form and get authorization to
have the larger margins.
--get the form redesigned

Ismail, what both Rick and John are saying is that it is impossible to
override the printer's physical hardware limitations with software. So if
the printer will not physically support the margins you need, then you have
only two choices:

1. find a printer that will support those margins (I have
seen advertisements for photo-printers that will print
to the edge, with no margins)

2. get the margin requirement changed, however you
have to do it.
