I've changed the Measurement units on the General page of the Preferences to Millimeters. While document bars changed, when I go to Page Setup, the sizes are still shown in inches. If I create a custom page size, I must still use inches for height and width, along with margins.
What I want to do is, for a single template, change the paper size (using Custom Page sizes, or some other means) and margins to a metric value. For example, Width 100 mm, Height 145 mm, Margins of 5 mm each.
Any ideas?
