Can anyone out there help a Frontpage Newcomer?

I've started to design my site, and at one point I ask my user to register.
I have designed a page to collect some information, but it's not very big. I
have worked out how to make it appear in a new window, but is there a way I
can make that window appear as a certain size so that it's only the size of
my page? (Basically it will work a little like a pop up, but only be
activated when the user clicks on a specific link)
