My memory must be going, as I've totally forgotten how to do something
I've done before and want to do again but with a slightly different
size.
I have a document whose page size is 6 x 9 inches. I've absolutely no
idea how I created that, and nowhere in the document menus can I
actually see that size mentioned.
I had wondered if I had set a custom size in addition to the standard
ones in Page Layout, but that custom size is not present. Perhaps I had
used a custom size
