Page Sizes on Publication Templates

I need to do an A5 brochure but can't work out how to do it. I want to use one of the Publication Templates but they are all in US Letter by default and when I resize the page in Page Setup to A5 the layout of the template doesn't change size accordingly. Using the Scale button (at about 70%) helps but US Letter is a different shape to A5 (and A4 etc.) so scaling won't ever get it exactly right. Any ideas?? For the record, i'm trying to work with the "Plaza Brochure" template.

One thought:

How about if you go into the Print dialog, select Paper Handling from the
3rd list, then pick the option for "Scale to fit Paper Size" & set it to A4
there? I'm not certain but I think it will give you a better result. Click
the Preview button & examine it before wasting paper
