page sub menu is missing from reopend pages

After designing page in frontpage and saving when i reopen the page it will
only open in code view the page sub view menu is missing how do i fix it

Pages normally open in the last "view" that was open when FrontPage was
closed.

The only way to open sub page menu is to create new paged from existing then
menu is ok but after saving and closing same thing code only no design option
