page view size

Hi,
I would like to set my page to pop up on any browser so
it fits. Right now I am using frames and the top frame
views great on my screen but is too big on other
browsers. How do I get my site to auto fit the full
screen no matter what the browser? I would like it to
not be required to scroll left/right for some people.
