I have a document with 3 sections. Each section have new
pagenumbers starting from 1 and a special first page.
Section 1 works fine, but section 2 and 3 does not count
correctly from page 2 and up. The text is always page 2 of
1, page 3 of 1 etc.
If I view the footer and scroll from one footer to another
in the different sections the pagenumber corrects to 'page
2 of 2', but if I make an 'update field' the pagenumber
returns to 'page 2 of 1'.
What is wrong? All fields are set to be updated before
printing = all pagenumbers fails in print.
