Page X of Y thru Section Breaks

Hello All, got a Word 2000 doc with Title Page, Index, and
body sections. Got the page numbering working ok in each
section (thanks Suzanne for your web site) (except X & Y
in Roman numerals) - until - I formatted a page in 4
columns. This added another seciton break, and now my
body SECTIONPAGES only goes to the beginning of this
column section. Is there a (easy) way to make the page
numbering go from the beginning of the body through to the
end regardless of column-section changes?
