It depends a great deal on what version of Word you have and where you're
inserting it. It's safe to assume that you want it in a header or footer. If
you have Word 2003 or earlier, there is a Page X of Y entry on AutoText menu
of the Header and Footer toolbar. In Word 2007, it's a bit more of a
challenge.
