Pages Jumbled on some Computers

Jumbled Pages

I am fairly new to Frontpage and I have recently built a website with it. It
works fine on 90 percent of the computers I have viewed it on. The other 10
percent shows everything jumbled around. Picures are split apart, text is
seperated etc.
Some of these computers even use the same browser...any suggestions??
