Pages to fit monitor screens

I have seen it before where the web page opens and closes to fit the screen
of a computer. If you have a large view scren the pages seem to fit that
page. If you hve a smaller screen it still fits without scrolling across
the page.

Can anyone out there tell me how to do this or direct me to a page that will
instruct me on how to do this.

I did mine with tables. I set the tables to 720 pixels wide and the page to
100%. That lets the pages work fine on any screen 800 X 600 up, and the few
that are below that I could care less.
