I need to develop a page (web) to allow data entry into the database thru the
web. Can I develop the page and then deploy it on there network or do I
absolutely need to be on there network and set it up based on their system?
Also, they already had an htm page created, but when I go to edit it I get
an error because I do not have access to the network on which it was created.
Is there no way for me to simply edit it and then re-deploy it when on site?
