I have imported a file in to Note One that is 26 pages in One Note it is 1
page how can I separate in to pages?

It will be multiple pages when you print the OneNote page. You can move
each page image manually via cut & paste to a new OneNote page. However,
I have to ask you why you want to separate it into multiple OneNote
pages?
