Without using the orphans and widows option, is there another method of specifying that a document will be automatically paginated in such a way that a single line of text from a paragaph may appear at the top or bottom of a page?

Hi Argovian

The various commands that affect how Word decides where a page break occurs
are described at the following:

Use page numbering and let the text flow from page to page

Hope this helps.
